Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using PhotoToPDF ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Description of Service
PhotoToPDF is a mobile application that allows you to convert photos into PDF documents, arrange pages, add signatures, and export PDFs. The App processes your photos and documents locally on your device.
Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily download and use PhotoToPDF for personal, non-commercial use only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:
- Modify or copy the App or its source code
- Use the App for any commercial purpose without explicit permission
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Remove any copyright or proprietary notations from the App
- Transfer the App to another person or "mirror" the App on any other server
This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by us at any time.
In-App Purchases
PhotoToPDF may offer in-app purchases for premium features. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and conditions. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.
Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy. We do not provide direct refunds for in-app purchases.
User Content
You retain all rights to any photos, documents, signatures, or other content you create or process using PhotoToPDF. We do not claim ownership of your content. All processing occurs locally on your device, and we do not access, store, or transmit your content.
You are solely responsible for your content and for ensuring that you have the right to use, process, and share any content you upload or create in the App.
Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use PhotoToPDF:
- In any way that violates any applicable law or regulation
- To transmit any malicious code, viruses, or harmful data
- To infringe upon the rights of others
- To process content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others
- In any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the App
Disclaimer
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL PHOTOTOPDF OR ITS DEVELOPERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP.
Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by PhotoToPDF and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use the App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
